Attendance Attends class regularly and reports on time.	Poor Student was absent/and or tardy involving 3 or more days of the week.	Fair Student was absent and/or tardy involving 2 days of the week.	Good Student had 1 absence or was tardy once during the week.	Excellent Student was present each day without being tardy.
Responsibility Turns in assignments as scheduled.	Poor Student did not turn assignments in on time and work was incomplete or student failed to submit assignments.	Fair Student did not turn assignments in on time but work was complete.	Good Student turned homework assignments in on time but work was incomplete.	Excellent Student turned assignments in on time and work was complete.
Dependability Follows classroom directions and meets expectations. (see syllabus)	Poor Student consistently fails to follow classroom directions or meet classroom expectations.	Fair Student seldom follows classroom directions and meets classroom expectations.	Good Student almost always follows classroom directions and meets classroom expectations.	Excellent Student always follows classroom directions and meets classroom expectations.
Initiative Uses time wisely to complete tasks.	Poor Student does not use time wisely to complete classroom assignments.	Fair Student requires consistent supervision in order to remain on task.	Good Student requires minimal supervision in order to remain focused and on task.	Excellent Student participates in class without supervision and demonstrates critical thinking skills.
Teamwork Works with group members to complete course goals.	Poor Student does not actively participate within the group.	Fair Student occasionally participates within the group to meet course goals.	Good Student almost always participates within the group to meet course goals.	Excellent Student always actively participates within the group to meet course goals.
