Construction of kite is weak. Pieces are falling apart; materials used are torn or significantly worn. Student did not draw a design for the kite and/or design is poorly drawn and not recognizable.
Fair

Kite may have a few defects such as messy placement of tape, stick not standing upright, etc. Art design for kite is recognizable but not uniform and/or attractive.
Good

Kite is neat and properly structured. Arrangement of materials is organized with no defects. Student's art design for kite is neat and creative.
Mobility of magnetic kite

Student is not able to get the kite to fly.

Kite starts off flying, but falls.
