Fair No connection between the hypothesis and the problem or question posed or the outcomes expected.
Step 3	Excellent Compiled a complete list of materials to be used in the experiment.	Good Most items are listed that will be needed for the experiment, but some are missing.	Fair Many items are missing that are needed for the experiment.
Step 3 Continued	Excellent Clearly defined procedure that will be followed in a sequential manner, including all the data that will be collected.
