Use of Time	Good 3 Time was well-used. Student focused on project with little to no distractions.	Fair 2 Time was used in class with some distractions / talking, etc.	Poor 1 Time was not used well in class - unnecessary talking, not staying on task, etc.
Clarity of Topic	Good 3 Topic is clear, and content fully supports the title.	Fair 2 Student has a topic / title, but some of the information doesn't support topic.	Poor 1 It is unclear what the student is trying to explain. Topic and information do not support each other.
Content	Good 3 Presentation shows excellent understanding of subject matter. Five or more needs are represented.	Fair 2 Presentation shows some understanding of subject matter. Three to four needs are represented.	Poor 1 Presentation shows little understanding of subject matter. Two or fewer needs are represented.
Facts	Good 3 3 Facts are stated.	Fair 2 2 facts are stated	Poor 1 1 fact is stated
Creativity, Organization, Neatness	Good 3 Project is well thought-out; neat, organized, and creative.	Fair 2 Project is neat and organized, but not particularly creative. Or, is missing one of the three elements.	Poor 1 Project shows little to no thought or creativity. Looks thrown together at the last minute.
