Facilitation	Poor Therapist never facilitated further discussion by the client.	Fair Therapist nused faciliatation some of the time, but it seemed awkward. Client seemed hesitatant to make more meaningful statements.	Good Therapist used faciliation well. Client responded with more meaningful statements,
Open Ended Questions	Poor Therapist's questions could be answered with a "yes" or "no".	Fair Most but not all of the therapist's questions were answered with "yes" or "no"	Good Therapist's questions led to discussion without "yes" or "no" answers.
Pharaphrasing	Poor Therapist never pharaphrased what the client was saying.	Fair Some of the time the therapist pharaphrased, but it was inconsistent.	Good The therapist pharaphrased often and consistently.
Social skills	Poor Therapist rushed through the interview, speech was difficult to hear or understand, did not pay attention to the client.	Fair Therapist paid some attention to the client, speech was sometimes too quiet or hard to understand.	Good Therapist did not speak too fast or too slowly. Therapist was attentive to the answers of the client.
