The article contains all 5 W's: who, what, where, when, and why/how. The facts are complete and are primarily correct. Some supporting details. Only necessary information is included. Most facts are taken from the text.
Level 4

The article provides information on all five W's + How. Adequate and reasonable supporting details. The facts taken from the text where possible, are complete and correct. Made up details are plausible.
