Student takes ownership of their learning and their abilities, and sets goals for their destination. They take pride in their work and in working with others.They work diligently to complete assignments and tasks without complaint or compromise, but with pride.

Student makes some effort to take risks and think critically. However they do not persevere and give up before completing tasks 50% of the time.

Student makes no effort to innovate with materials or group members. They are quick to give up or do not attempt critical thinking tasks.
Principled

Excellent

Student acts with integrity and honesty, with a strong sense of justice and respect for the dignity of groups and communities. They take responsibilities for their own actions and the consequences that accompany them.

Student has and shows potential as a leader the majority of the time. They do the right thing in a variety of situations 75% of the time.
