Unexceptable The overall appearance lacks neatness and is sloppy.
Selection of P. Cartoons	Superior Cartoons meet the selection criteria on rubric.	Average 9 of the cartoons meet the selection criteria on rubric.	Below average 6-8 of the cartoons meet the selection criteria on rubric.	Unexceptable 5 or less meet the selection criteria on rubric.
Information	Superior Student portrays a clear and accurate understanding of the cartoons and gives a detailed personal opinion of cartoon.
