Design	Poor The diagram is sloppy and there is no decoration, embellishment, or detail of any kind. It is obvious that little effort was taken. Great The diagram is easy to read, appealing, and creative. It is obvious that a lot of effort was put into the assignment.
Explanation	Poor Many elements lack explanation. The explanations are weak and often incorrect.	Fair Student does not explain each element. The explanations are weak. Very little effort was taken.	Good Student explains each element. The student did the bare minimum. No extra effort was taken.	Great Student fully explains each of the elements. Sentences are well written. A deep understanding is evident.
