Comparing the New Canada Food Guide to the Old Version
In assigned groups, students will look at 5 popular diets (Atkins, Keto, Vegetarian, Vegan and Weight Watchers) and will describe the main points of each. The group will then give their opinion and explain why they agree or disagree with the particular diet.
