Group Skit Presentation Rubric
	A 10 pts	B 8 pts	C 7 pts	D 6 pts
Organization	A Presentation was very organized and was very easy to follow. Transitions between group members were well planned and executed cleanly.	B Presentation was fairly organized and pretty followable. Transitions might have been slightly discontinuous but did not take away geatly from the overall presentation.	C Presentation was not clearly organized. Transitions between members were jumpy or awkward.	D Presentation lacked organization. Poor transitions between group members individual parts. Presentation lacked order and very difficult to follow.
Content	A Group members had a stronghold on the content and content was thoroughly addressed. No mistakes were made with regard to content knowledge.	B Most of the group members has a solid understanding of the content. Content missing minor elements or contained minor errors.	C Group members had only a superficial understanding of content. Several mistakes were made during the presentation.	D Group members had little to no understanding of the content addressed in the presentation.
Components of an Empire	A All seven of the required empire components are present and well represented. It is clear the student fully understands the making of an empire.	B Six of the seven required empire components are present and well represented. It is clear the student understands the making of an empire.	C Five of the seven required empire components are present and represented. The student appears to understand some elements of empire building.	D Four or fewer of the seven required empire components are present and represented. The student appears to lack understanding of empire building.
Effort	A Final product is completed – pride in one’s work, proper time management, and adequate planning is evident	B Final product is completed –BUT pride in one’s work, proper time management, or adequate planning is not evident.
