	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts	Excellent 4 pts
Content and Organization	Poor Student does not have grasp of information. Audience cannot understand presentation because there is no sequence of information.	Fair Student is uncomfortable with information and does not seem to have knowledge of content. Student jumps around with information, hard to follow information.	Good Student elaborates on information about their topic. Student presents information in logical sequence which audience can follow.	Excellent Student demonstrates full knowledge (more than required) by explaining with details about their topic. Student presents information in logical, interesting sequence which audience can follow.
Graphics	Poor Student uses superfluous graphics or no graphics	Fair Student occasionally uses graphics that rarely support the presentation.	Good Student's graphics relate to the presentation.	Excellent Student's graphics explain and reinforce their presentation.
Posture and Eye Contact	Poor Student slouches throughout the presentation. Student reads all of report with no eye contact.	Fair Student sometimes stands up straight. Student occasionally uses eye contact, but still reads most of report.	Good Student stands up straight most of the time. Student maintains eye contact most of the time but frequently returns to notes.	Excellent Student stands up straight, looks relaxed and confident. Student maintains eye contact with audience, seldom returning to notes.
Voice Control	Poor Student mumbles, incorrectly pronounces terms, and speaks too quietly for students in the back of class to hear.	Fair Student's voice is low. Student incorrectly pronounces terms. Audience members have difficulty hearing presentation.	Good Student's voice is clear. Student pronounces most words correctly. Most audience members can hear presentation.	Excellent Student uses a clear voice and correct, precise pronunciation of terms so that all audience members can hear presentation.
Preparedness	Poor student does not seem at all prepared to present.	Fair The student is somewhat prepared, but it is clear that rehearsal was lacking.	Good Student seems pretty prepared but might have needed a couple more rehearsals.	Excellent Student is completely prepared and has obviously rehearsed.
Length	Poor Presentation is less than 3 minutes or more than 10 minutes.	Fair	Good Presentation is less than 3 minutes or more than 6 minutes long.	Excellent Presentation is 4-6 minutes long.
