Overall appearance	Fair Oven is not well built and may have pieces missing or falling apart.	Good Oven is somewhat clean and partially planned.	Excellent Oven looks clean and well planned.
Oven structure	Fair Oven has a lot of holes and the temperature is below 120 degrees.	Good Oven may have some holes and will have a temperature below 180 degrees.	Excellent Oven looks airtight and is able to hold a high temperature over 180 degrees.
Cookie taste test	Fair Cookies are raw and tester is not able to taste them.	Good Cookies are somewhat under baked and the taste is slightly off.	Excellent Cookies are properly baked and taste like an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie.
