Quadrilateral Chart Quadrilateral Chart Students will use a large sheet of paper to create a chart of the six quadrilateral shapes and their properties. Rubric assesses the ability of pairs to name, draw, and describe each quadrilateral as well a self-assessment score. Not assessed will be how students present the properties. Identifying Quadrilaterals	Exceeds All 6 quadrilaterals were correctly identified.	Meets 4-5 quadrilaterals were correctly identified.	Approaches 2-3 quadrilaterals were correctly identified.	Falls Far Below less than 2 quadrilaterals were correctly identified.
Draw each quadrilateral	Exceeds All 6 quadrilaterals were drawn correctly using color to show properties of each shape.	Meets All 4-5 quadrilaterals were correctly drawn using color to show properties of each shape.	Approaches 2-3 quadrilaterals were correctly drawn or All 6 quadrilaterals were drawn without color.	Falls Far Below less than 2 quadrilaterals were correctly drawn.
Identifying Characteristics	Exceeds All characteristics of the individual quadrilateral are correctly identified.	Meets A majority of the characteristics of the individual quadrilateral are correctly identified.	Approaches Most of the characteristics of the individual quadrilateral are correctly identified.	Falls Far Below Some or None of the characteristics of the individual quadrilateral are correctly identified.
