Kandinsky Concentric Ring Trees
After studying Kandinsky's work, the students create abstract trees inspired by his most famous piece "squares with concentric rings". Cut out trees, paper mached the trunks with horizontal lined news paper (to create another element Kandinsky was fond of), cut out different sized circles and glued them together to create the concentric rings.
