Emerging The billboard has well organized information. Some graphics are colored, lacks needed detail, drawings are lacking effort & are sometimes related to the text. Text is is not typed properly or is written in a manner which is not appropriate for this assignment.	Insufficient Evidence The billboards's formatting and organization of material are confusing to the reader. Graphics are missing or are not neatly drawn with detail. Text is missing and or is sloppy.
