The student's movements are practiced and planned. All of his or her movements enhance the literary piece.

The student has noticeable pauses or takes long breaks between words. The student restarts multiple times and/or stammers over his or her words.
Good

The student takes minimal pauses or breaks. He or she restarts or stammers 1-2 times.
Excellent

The student speaks at a fluid conversational pace with no pauses, breaks, or restarts.

Requirements for memorized piece were not met. Piece recited was too short.
