Project Content 41.63 pts	Exceeds The project includes all information relevant to the topic chosen and approved by the instructor. The project is creative, clear and concise.	Good Project includes all relevant information; however, it is not well-organized.	Fair Does not have all of the relevant information on the project. There is not enough information presented. Information is presented in an unorganized fashion	Poor The project is lacking in elements required. There are many gaps in information presented.
Work quality/effort 41.63 pts	Exceeds The work done exceeds all expectations and shows that the learner is proud of his/her work. The effort that was put into this task is the best it can be by the learner.	Good The work was done with good effort that shows what the learner is capable of. It is evident that time was put into this project and presentation.	Fair Work is done with fair effort, but the quality is still not what the learner is capable of. It is evident that the work was rushed.	Poor Work is done with little effort, quality is not what the learner is capable of. It is evident that the work was rushed and little time was spent on the final product. Work is incomplete.
Oral Speaking Presentation 41.63 pts	Exceeds Voice was clear, maintained eye contact, excellent posture. Student was extremely knowledgable about individual studied.	Good While student's posture was good, voice was fair and easy to hear with sufficient eye contact	Fair Student's posture was good, voice was difficult to understand, limited eye contact.
