Create Forms Independently 25 pts	Little Accomplishment Forms were created mostly by adult assistance. Project not completed.	Partial Accomplishment Forms were created with much assistance. One layer of paper mache was added soft in some spots.	Substantial Acomplishment Forms were created with some assistance. Two layers of paper mache was added and/or soft in some arreas.	Full Accomlishment Forms were created with very little assistance. Three layers of paper mache was added and form does not have any soft spots.	Comments
