Student is constantly engaged in the class activity. Student does not need reminders to stay on task.
Good
Student is often engaged in the activities. Student could participate more in class activity, but is never causing a distraction and is rarely engaged in outside activities. Often engaged in activity - requires 1 -2 reminders to stay on task. Off-task behaviors do not disrupt others.
Fair
Student is often engaged in the activity. Student needs an occasional reminder to get back on task and is occasionally engaged by Somewhat engaged - needs 3-4 reminders to stay on task. Sometimes disrupt others. outside unrelated activities.
Poor
Student is not involved with the class activity. Student frequently engages in outside activities during lecture and require more than 5 reminders to get back on task. Student is distracting/disrupting others.
