Project 2: 9-day Meal Plan/Presentation 
Student must design a nine day meal plan for themselves that consists of nutritious and fresh natural unprocessed foods, that will include one meal they will prepare FROM SCRATCH (so no hamburger helper or frozen family dinners) for themselves. Student will write a summary of their meal plan and how they would write a meal plan differently next time to save money.
