Project Techniques	Meeting Requirements -The artwork is planned carefully. -Understanding of all concepts & instructions is clearly shown. -There is an understanding of the grid method to enlarge and transfer image proportions. -There is an understanding of value, showing a value range from highlights to shadows. - There is a consideration of how to apply paint to evoke the subject. - The background is painted in color or with patterns. -Student has clearly shown growth in their work.
Craftsmanship	Meeting Requirements -Execution of ideas are clearly drawn. -Artwork is clean and neat. -The brush strokes are carefully created considering the final product. -The student covered any stray, unpainted areas of canvas. -Student spent time well in class, staying on focus to do the best work possible.
