Name & Theme	ACQUIRE Name & theme are shown but not really related to the content or is not very original.	APPLY Name & theme are presented and fit the menu. It is original and catchy.	ADAPT Name & theme are presented. It fits the menu and is original and catchy. VERY creative, well presented and designed.
Menu	ACQUIRE Your restaurant contains a menu, but it does not relate to the theme and/or name, or it appears disorganized, sloppy or "thrown together. Not very good color and hard to understand.	APPLY Your restaurant contains a menu that incorporates art work that relates directly to the theme. The lettering is neatly done on a computer. The restaurant menu illustration or art work is in color & neatly executed. It's interesting to read.	ADAPT Your restaurant contains a menu with OUTSTANDING art work and/or illustration that relates to the theme. The menu has descriptions and illustration as well as the lettering is in color, neatly done and demonstrates clever artistic execution. This menu is EASY TO READ. Looks very REAL!
Healthy Labs	ACQUIRE Your restaurant contains one or two items that are healthy, but the rest are high in fat or calories. Your group never really checked it the labs were healthy or not.	APPLY Your restaurant has the majority of dishes that are available to choose from coming from the "Choose Most Often" category. Most everything is a healthy choice.	ADAPT Your restaurant has ONLY healthy choices for TEENS or Adults. ALL labs made were healthy!
Group Work	ACQUIRE Your group had a few disagreements, and some group memebers did the majority of the work, while others did very little.	APPLY Overall, you worked well as a group, with most people contributing to the end result.	ADAPT All group members worked well together and felt like they all participated equally.
