Required Elements	Poor One or more required elements is missing from the storyboard.	Fair Storyboard includes the required elements on some but not all the filled in squares.	Good Storyboard includes all the required elements; camera shot description, audio accompanying each shot, action, on all the filled in squares.	Excellent Storyboard includes all the required elements; camera shot description, audio accompanying each shot, action, as well as a few additional elements.
Use of Time	Poor Student wasted class time and had to be redirected several times to work on their storyboard.	Fair Student wasted some class time and only had to be redirected once.	Good Student worked well during class and spent most of their time on the storyboard.	Excellent Student used all of their class time to visualize and create their storyboard and the final project shows thier dedication to the task at hand.
Clarity & Neatness	Poor Storyboard is hard to read and one cannot tell what the storyboard represents. It would be impossible for another person to create a project from this storyboard.	Fair Storyboard is hard to read with rough drawings and labels. It would require a lot of questions to create this project.	Good Storyboard is easy to read and most elements are clearly written, drawn or labeled. Another student would be able to create this project with few questions.	Excellent Storyboard is easy to read and all the elements are clearly written, drawn or labeled. Another student could create this project if necessary.
Creativity	Poor Storyboard demonstrates little or no level of creativity. It is unoriginal and takes images/ideas from another student's work.	Fair Storyboard demonstrates some level of creativity. Some elements are original.	Good Storyboard demonstrates a moderate level of creativity. It's original and obviously has some thought and effort put into it.	Excellent Storyboard demonstrates a high level of creativty and is entirely original. The student's effort and attention to detail are found throughout the finished project.
