Sets up the speech, engages the audience, and outlines the skill to be demonstrated. Gains our interest in wanting to learn this!

Attempts to engage the audience and outline the skill to be demonstrated, not very complete or engaging, or lacks organization.
Fair
Fails to engage the audience or outline the skill to be demonstrated. For example: only mentions the topic title, and does very little explaining of why you would want to learn this.
