ANIMALS	Poor No animals or incorrect animals for habitat chosen	Fair Few animals or some animals that are incorrect included in box	Good Good representation of animals that live in the habitat chosen
PLANTS	Poor No plants or incorrect plants for habitat	Fair Few plants or some plants that are incorrect for the habitat	Good Good representation of plants that live in the habitat chosen
NEATNESS	Poor Work is very messy and decorations do not fill the entire box	Fair Decorations fill the box but work was not done neatly and carefully	Good Project shows student took time to do careful neat work that fills the entire box
PRESENTATION	Poor Student shows no knowledge of the habitat represented	Fair Student can name some of the plants and animals represented in the habitat	Good Student knows all the plants and animals and understands how they work together to meet their needs
