Proficient Contains mostly correct shots and dialogue. Content comes from more than camera angle. Dialogue is clear but not exactly as in original scene.	Exceeds Expectations All information is correct, Contains all correct shots and dialogue. Content comes from more than camera angle. Dialogue is clear and exactly as in original scene.
Clarity 20 pts	Does Not Meet Shots are blurry and not in the proper sequence or missing.	Partially Proficient Some parts are clear, others are not. Some shots are blurry and not in the proper sequence or missing.	Proficient Shots are almost all clear and most shots are in order.	Exceeds Expectations Exceptional shots and dialogue.
Video/Audio Quality 20 pts	Does Not Meet Audio is too loud or too quiet. AND Video is shaky, blurry or otherwise hard to see clearly.	Partially Proficient Audio is too loud and distracting.
