Students will create a television commercial for their business.

Create a 3-10 minute video documentary about a person who: broke boundaries, discovered or explored, advanced technology or served and sacrificed themselves, or about anything you are passionate about, In your documentary you will give facts about the person's life, support those facts with pictures and visuals and most importantly, show through evidence how this person fits the category that you have selected for him/her.

Create a 2-10 minute Mockumentary on a subject approved by your instructor. Your Mockumentary will include interviews, B-Roll footage, Fake statistics, and Non-factual information. Camera angles will be varied. Script and storyboard are mandatory.

BVP1 students in grades 9-12 will form teams of any size, and create a 2-6 minute short film.

A Public Service Announcement (PSA) is used to deliver a message to the public–it is often a message about something important to your group. Your task is to create a public service announcement that delivers a message. Your PSA should give your audience an idea of what the issue/concern is and how to resolve/avoid it. Your PSA Must: • Deliver a specific message • Be persuasive • Consider the audience • Include a title, facts, relevant terms and visuals • Be clear and concise

I will use this rubric to assess my students' knowledge on the process of Video Scene Replication

Students will create their own 60-90 second video public service announcement (PSA) to educate and persuade students their own age how to identify and help resolve/bring attention to issue. The PSA should include 2-3 powerful facts, tools, or skills children can use to stop or deal with any type of bullying, with a creative and original way of making their message clear.

A rubric for the first podcast of a grade 6 Broadcast Journalism class on a topic of their choice.

Create a 2-3 minute in-camera-edit video that utilizes as many camera shots, movement, angles, and effects as possible to tell a story. There should be no dialogue. You are required to complete a shot list prior to production.

Create a music video (Final Cut Pro X) to include video clips and transitions demonstrating their knowledge of the shot list and LIP SYNC. Work with 5 others on this project. (6 in a group)

Create a news broadcast that informs your classmates what was happening at MIPA. News broadcasts should be approximately 1-2 minutes long. Practice your presentation before recording it with your partner. Two students per group one went to MIPA one didnt. We had exactly the same number go than stay.
