Yeast Growth Investigation Mould Growth Investigation Over the course of the semester we have been learning about micro organisms. We have found that when yeast becomes active then it produces carbon-dioxide and make tiny bubbles in a freshly cooked loaf of bread, causing it to rise. Now we are investigating a different micro-organism, mould.
