Elevation drawings x4	Poor Not able to draw a plan view to scale. The use of space isn't consistent with the scale picked by the students. Space isn't considered in the model as an important feature.	Fair Somewhat drawn to scale. Very little concern with the quality of the elevation drawing. Some use of scale is evident. Very little thought on how the space would be used as a feature in the house.	Good Able to use a consistent scale in their drawing. Care in drawing their elevations with added texture and detail. Most of the interior features are to scale for the client. The use of space in the house was considered some of the time	Excellent All the elevation drawings are well thought out with attention to details. Scale is evident throughout the house. The use of space was thought out throughout the model. Elements of light and movement are present.
'Green' Features x4	Poor The house is not 'green' at all.	Fair The house has one 'green' feature.	Good The house has two - three 'green' features.	Excellent The house has more than four 'green' features.
Inking x3	Poor Not able to build a design model.	Fair Able to build a design model but with structural problems. Difficulty with tools, materials.	Good Design model is structurally solid. Ability to use tools and materials correctly. Some consideration to archtectural details of light & texture.	Excellent Design model is built structually sound. Evidence of accurate use of tools and materials. Evidence of architectural features such as windows, doors, external texture.
Perspective x3	Poor The design model does not provide effective 2D details.	Fair The design model some view of the 2D details.	Good The design model provides a clear view of the 2D details.	Excellent The design model provides an excellent and clear view of the 2D details.
