	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts
Chocolate Chip Content	Poor no to few chocolate chips OR Chokingly extreme amount of chips	Fair Sparse chocolate chips OR inconsistently distributed	Good Good chocolate chip/cookie ratio AND Proper distribution of chips
Appearance/Presentation	Poor Cookie is too small OR Inedibly large OR Irregular shape OR Inconsistent size	Fair Cookie has 2/3 of the following: Good size Shape Uniform Size	Good Cookie has a good size, shape, and all cookies have a uniform size and colour
Taste	Poor Bland Unappetizing Inedible	Fair Appetizing however you are satisfied with only 2 cookies	Good Delicious- leaves you wanting more Chocolate taste evident
Texture	Poor Cookie is uncooked or burnt	Fair Cookie is almost cooked or falls apart, or cookie is not burnt but extremely crunchy	Good Cookie has a pleasant soft texture or a pleasing crunch
