Salvador Dali's Clock Clock Project Student will create a clock resembling the melting clock in the Salvador Dali's "Persistence of Memory." The clock must have the hours labeled, and must have a minute and hour hand attached. The clock should be bent and appearing as if it is surreal. Clock Elements	Below Expectations Student did not label the hours on the clock, and did not participate in the class discussion about the different types of clocks.	At Expectations Student identified the hours on the clock and completed the assignment. Perhaps, student made a mistake labeling the clock but still participated in discussion.	Exceeds Expectations Students correctly labeled hours of the clock. Student participated in the group discussion and was able to make real world connections to the types of clock discussion.
Neatness/Clarity	Below Expectations Project is not neat and the numbers are written incorrectly on the clock.	At Expectations Project is somewhat neat but items are missing and/or not labeled correctly.	Exceeds Expectations Project is neat and items are correctly divided and labeled.
Presentation	Below Expectations Student was not able to discuss the elements of the clock or identify them.	At Expectations Student was somewhat able to identify parts of the clock and made 3-2 errors when explaining its parts.
