Creativity	Underdeveloped The writing shows limited creativity and connection to the historical facts. The author, time period, and/or audience is unclear.	Proficient The writing is creative. The author, time period, and/or audience lacks clarity.	Highly Developed The writing is creative and strong connection to the historical facts. The author, time period, and audience is clear.
