Visual aide	Below Basic The project was turned in showed little understanding of the content. The skills are below average.	Basic Student turned in project showing some understanding of the project. The skills were ok. The work is not as good as it could be.	Proficient Student turned in the assignment showing good progress and understanding. Skills are good.	Advanced Student turned in assignment showing excellent understanding. Skills are excellent.
Creativity/originality	Below Basic The project was completed, but there is little evidence of trying new ideas.	Basic The project was completed. There was some evidence of trying a few ideas.	Proficient Project was completed and showed originality in their assignment. The student used previous knowledge of past assignments for this one.	Advanced Project was completed and new ideas were used. Originality and creativity was used to create finished project. Knowledge was used to create a work of art.
