Short Essay	Poor The student has put forth no effor to complete the questions.	Fair The student has correctly answered questions 1 and 2, but is still confused and thus put no repsonse for question 3.	Good The student has proven to the teacher that they understand all aspect of the short essay questions and have been able to fill them all in correctly.
