Climate Fact File Project Climate Poster Presentation Choose 3 countries and create a climate fact file for each. Each fact file should include the average temperature, average rainfall, humidity (example high, low or moderate), when their rainy season is and the winds (example Polar Easterlies, Westerlies, N.E. Trade Winds or S.E. Trade Winds). Include at least 1 photo per country. An example of a climate fact file can be found in their Social Studies textbook page 86. We went through 2 different examples to submit this project, but if your child comes up with a different layout, please have them speak to me first. This is due April 25, 2012. Climate Fact File Accuracy	Poor Student did not accurately display the climate facts for each country.	Fair Student displayed climate facts below the average expectations lacking accuracy.	Good Student somewhat displayed the climate facts with accuracy.	Excellent Student exceeded the expectations by accurately displaying the climate facts for each country.
Visualization of the Climate Region	Poor There were no photographs in the project.	Fair There were photographs missing for countries.	Good Photographs were supplied for each country, but related very little to the subject (climate).	Excellent Photographs were supplied for each country and matched the subject (climate) appropriately.
Climate Fact File Content (Average temperature, average rainfal, humidity, rainy season and winds.)	Poor Student only displayed 1-2 climate facts that were required to complete the project. Student did not complete facts files for all 3 countries.	Fair Student only displayed 3-4 climate facts that were required to complete the project. Overall - Neatness/Organization	Poor Project is not neat, showing little effort from the student. It is torn, stained or has wrinkle marks on it.	Fair Project is not very legible, making it hard to read and understand. It is not torn, but a few stains or glue marks can be seen.	Good Project is fairly neat, but some parts are hard to read or understand. Information is organzied neatly. It is not torn, stained or wrinkled.	Excellent Project is neatly written or typed. All parts are understandable and information is neatly organized.
