Bill of Rights PowerQuest Bill of Rights PowerQuest Students analyze their rights as listed in the Bill of Rights. They then choose one to discuss as important to their lives and write a clarification paper about it. Then the student will create a skit or visual presentation that demonstrates their comprehension of the right. These will be shared with their peers. Clarification Essay	Poor Student completes a clarification essay of four paragraphs which includes an introduction and two reasons which have 0-2 supporting details and a one sentence closure.	Fair Student completes a clarification essay of four paragraphs which includes an introductory paragraph and two reasons which have 3 - 4 supporting details and a closure.	Good Student completes a clarification essay of four or more paragraphs which includes with an introductory paragraph which hooks the reader's interest, two or more well thought out reasons supported by five or more details, and a summarizing closure.
Creativity	Poor Student's ideas are meaningful. They portray the basic idea(s) of the chosen amendment. Listeners/viewers are somewhat engaged.	Fair Student's ideas are meaningful and engage the audience. The ideas are interesting and somewhat novel.	Good Student's ideas are in depth and keep the audience engaged and reactive. The ideas are innovative and clearly reflect effort and commitment to quality.
Presentation	Poor Presentation is brief and demonstrates evidence of basic comprehension of the amendment.	Fair Presentation is complete and demonstrates comprehension of the amendment.	Good Presentation is engaging and demonstrates in depth comprehension of the amendment.
