Some parts may be missing.	Independent Student concisely summarizes and correctly sequences all/most important events in the story.
Word Choice	Emerging Student does not use sequencing words or uses sequencing words incorrectly.	Working Student included some sequencing words. Word choice may be confused, or certain words may be used repeatedly.	Independent Student included a variety of appropriate sequencing words.
