Spanish Commercial Rubric Spanish Commercial Rubric Students will work on a 2 - 5 min. commercial for a product or service that already exist or they can make up a new one. Students will have classroom time but will be required to do some work at home. Students will record their performance, and turn in a dialog. 	Poor 60 pts	Fair 80 pts	Good 100 pts
Pronunciation	Poor Dialogue is unintelligible. Too many mistakes to be comprehensible. Dialogue is not fluid. Did not practice for fluency.	Fair Many errors, but dialogue is somewhat understood. Occasional pauses.	Good Few errors. Dialogue sounds natural with few pauses.
Memorization	Poor Total lack of memorization.	Fair Many errors in final project due to lack of memorization.	Good No errors or VERY few errors.
Overall Impression	Poor Commercial was not effective, complicated to understand and lacked focus. What was the product or service.	Fair Commercial was adequate.	Good Exceptionally done. Well executed and planned out. Students seemed to spend enough time on it.
Creativity/humor	Poor Students performance lacked creativity in the delivery.	Fair Student performance was creative and somewhat humorous.	Good Exceptional work, in both creativity, use of props and relaying the message in a creative and humorous way.
Participation and Written Grade
Written Dialog	Poor Work was not turned in or was not corrected.	Fair Work was turned in with few corrections	Good Work was turned in with corrections made.
classroom use of rehersal.	Poor Students did not utilize class time to prepare for the assignment.	Fair Students utilized some of the class time to rehearse or create a dialog.	Good Students utilized class time to the fullest.
