	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts	Mastery 4 pts
Classwork	Poor Not participating in group work. Shows little to no effort to try and solve equations or work on the worksheets. Requires a large amount of assistance to complete classwork.	Fair Some participation in group work. Attempts to solve equations but requires some assistance to be successful in completing classwork.	Good Participates in group work. Solves majority of problems and classwork with minimal assistance in completing classwork.	Mastery Participates in group work can solve the motion and force project and the classwork with no assistance required
Presentation	Poor Does not demonstrate an understanding of the concept. Presentation is disorganized and unclear	Fair Demonstrates some understanding of the concept. Presentation is organized. Student can answer some of the audience's questions.	Good Demonstrates understanding of the concept. Presents information that is understandable to the class. Can answer the majority of the audiences questions.	Mastery Demonstrates understanding of the concept. Can explain and present information in a clear and organized manner. Can answer all the questions asked by the audience.
Vocabulary	Poor Does not demonstrate the meaning of given vocabulary words. Student does not know the meaning of the given vocabulary words.	Fair Demonstrates some understanding of vocabulary. Students can label a few vocabulary words. Students can not explain the meaning.	Good Demonstrates understanding of the vocabulary words. Has labeled most of the words in the correct places and can explain the meaning of some words.	Mastery Demonstrates understanding of all vocabulary. Students can label and explain the meaning of each.
