Poor "redo" The lyrics of the anthem do not state the ideas of the chosen government system.
melody	Excellent "A" The melody fits the given chord changes very well. Both chord-notes and non-chord-notes are used.	Good "B" The melody fits the given chord changes. Chord-notes are mostly used.
