Scale	Minimal No floor planning scale looks present or varies. Different sizes for furnishings and features not on template.	Basic /Progressing/Low Proficient Scale of furnishings and features are incorrect. Some 1/4" some 1/2" scale	Proficient/At Grade Level Scale of most furnishings is correct. Has two 2 errors.	Advanced Scale of all fixtures and furnishings is all correct. 1/4 " scale used throughout rooms.
Furnishings	Minimal No or little furniture & fixtures present. Has 5 or more mistakes in arrangement and spacing	Basic /Progressing/Low Proficient Furniture & fixtures present. Poorly arranged using incorrect clearence spaces and traffic patterns. Has 3 or 4 mistakes or missing items.	Proficient/At Grade Level Furniture & fixtures present. Fairly well arranged using clearence spaces and traffic patterns. Has 1 or 2 mistakes or missing items.	Advanced Furniture and fixtures are present. Space very well arranged using clearence spaces and traffic patterns. Has 0 mistakes.
Apparence	Minimal No floor plan present or only partially completed or very messy. 6 + features and furnishings missing, space is too empty or overcrowded.	Basic /Progressing/Low Proficient Floor plan is messy. Floor plan is not according to templates sheets. Missing 5+ details or/& overcrowded or in wrong place.	Proficient/At Grade Level Floor plan is fairly neat, according to template sheets. Missing 3 or less details. Arrangement makes sense, not crowded or sparse. Correctly placed.	Advanced Floor plan is neat & looks well planned. Space and template sheets are used well. All correctly placed and is exceptional with all details. Creative use of features.
Use of time	Minimal Wasted time almost daily, handed in incomplete or late.	Basic /Progressing/Low Proficient Used time poorly, worked only part of the hour.	Proficient/At Grade Level Used time wisely most of the time.	Advanced Worked all hour every day until project completed.
