Expected Behavior
	1 pts	2 pts	3 pts	4 pts
Accepting Direction	1 Refuses to follow directions. Frequently off task. Frequently distracts others. Refuses to correct self Does not initiate work completion independently.	2 Reluctant to follow directions. Stays on task with reminders. Occasionally distracts others. Resistant to correction. Initiates work after adult reminders or encouragement.	3 Usually follows directions. Somewhat on task without reminders. Seldom distracts others. Corrects with redirection. Will typically work without reminders.	4 Consistently follows directions. Stays on task without reminders. Does not distract others. Willingly corrects errors. Always initiates work independently.
Teacher/para response	1 Crisis Plan: If all of the above indicators are present and student will not go to TLC, Thorson or para will be called to location to intervene with student. Room may need to be cleared to avoid escalation.	2 Teacher will give a prompt to change inappropriate behavior. If not successful then teacher will request student leave to TLC for intervention.	3 Teacher may prompt to help student recognize inappropriate behavior and student will respond, or student will recognize early triggers and request to use go to TLC for calming time and may return when ready.	4 Teacher gives prompt and student will immediatley correct, or student will recognize triggers and use appropriate replacement behaviors independently.
