Misses classes regularly, unprepared, and is barely ready to begin, while the class is already working.

Occasionally absent or late for class. Is set up with supplies sometimes. Occasionally hasn't put away personal belongings delaying start time of art work.

On time for class, Has most supplies set up and is ready to create.
Outstanding

Present, on time for class, has work, creative tools, pencil, etc. and is ready for a creative endeavor

In and out of seat, has out personal devices (headphones, grooming tools, gum/candy/food) not respectful of others personal space, uses inappropriate language and voice levels.

Occasionally out of seat, does not always use appropriate language, needs to be reminded about classroom procedures, but acts properly more often than not.

Sets up and remains seated to work, keeps hands and feet to self, treats others with respect, uses appropriate language, follows classroom procedures and is fairly quiet.

Remains in seat unless directed otherwise, keeps hands and feet to self, treats others with respect,follows all classroom procedures, uses appropriate language and is quiet.

Does Not Work. Has difficulty using his/her best skill set.
Fair

Occasionally does good work; exhibits trouble with focus and motivation. Inconsistent work.
Good

At most times using his/her best abilities, does exhibit proper techniques, and is motivated to do well
Outstanding

Always hard at work, using his/her best skills, uses proper craftsmanship & creativity, and is a role model for other students.
