Attendance & Preparation	Poor Misses classes regularly, unprepared, and is barely ready to begin, while the class is already working.	Fair Occasionally absent or late for class. Is set up with supplies sometimes. Occasionally hasn't put away personal belongings delaying start time of art work.	Good On time for class, Has most supplies set up and is ready to create.	Outstanding Present, on time for class, has work, creative tools, pencil, etc. and is ready for a creative endeavor
Behavior	Poor In and out of seat, has out personal devices (headphones, grooming tools, gum/candy/food) not respectful of others personal space, uses inappropriate language and voice levels.	Fair Occasionally out of seat, does not always use appropriate language, needs to be reminded about classroom procedures, but acts properly more often than not.	Good Sets up and remains seated to work, keeps hands and feet to self, treats others with respect, uses appropriate language, follows classroom procedures and is fairly quiet.	Outstanding Remains in seat unless directed otherwise, keeps hands and feet to self, treats others with respect,follows all classroom procedures, uses appropriate language and is quiet.
