Neatness and Creativity	Excellent There is a story that is easily followed and the presentation is neat and clear. All of the words are easily read.	Good There is a somewhat disjointed story and some of the words in the panels are hard to read.	Needs Improvement There is not really a story and/or it is very difficult to read the words in any of the panels. (The story is all over the place and no smooth transitions. Comic strip is just thrown together with little care.)
