Following Directions	Great Completed all steps without any errors. Placed the sun on correct flap (B1/2, all A Day classes- flap A; B3/4- flap B; b5/6- flap C). Earth placed in middle	Fair Adequately completed all steps with few errors. Sun placement correct.	Poor Sun and Earth placement incorrect.
Moon Phase Accuracy	Great All moon phases are correct.	Fair Student had 1-4 phases incorrect.	Poor Student had 4 or more phases incorrect.
Moon Phase Descriptions	Great All Moon phases correctly identified with correct descriptions.	Fair 1 - 4 Moon Phase not identified correctly or missing descriptions altogether.	Poor No Moon phases identified/ lacked descriptions.
Presentation	Great Beautifully created project. Diagrams were neat and precise.	Fair Ok Project .Uses a variety of color. Diagrams were neat. adequately. Few different representations used.	Poor Average presentation. Did not use a ruler or guides for drawing moon shapes . Only one different representation used.
Punctuality	Great Student completed task on time.	Fair Student was not able parts of the foldable on time. Required extra time.	Poor Student had difficulty completing most of the foldable on time. Turned in late.
