Developing Student follows some of the commands of his caregiver, but does not complete task.	Proficient Behavior must be modeled so student can complete the task.	Mastery Student is successful in following commands using physical, verbal and gestural prompting. Even when student is being prompted he shows a willingness to follow directives from caregiver.
