Information	Does Not Meet Information has lots of errors or is not presented in a clear or understandable way. Does not demonstrate any mastery of content.	Partially Meets Information has some errors or its presentation is hard to follow or confusing. Does not demonstrate complete mastery of content.	Meets Information is accurate AND is presented in a clear and easy to follow and understand way. Demonstrates mastery of content.	Exceeds Information is same as 3 plus information that goes above and beyond information collected for project. Demonstrates mastery of content, and includes new content mastery.
Quality	Does Not Meet Project is haphazardly built, was rushed and has no flow to demonstrate understanding.	Partially Meets Project is basic and gets information across without a lot of creativity.	Meets Project gets information across clearly, has creativity and uses the application to make the presentation pleasurable for viewer.	Exceeds Project gets information across clearly, uses the application to make sure that all information is presented in a creative way that teaches the viewer.
Accuracy	Does Not Meet The project has limited accuracy of information.	Partially Meets The project has most of the information correct.	Meets The project has ALL of the information correct.	Exceeds Can't be done.
