Student is constantly a distraction to others. Negatively seeks attention. Participates less than 50% of the time.

Student is on task and participating 75% of the time.
Excellent - 1 Point

Student is on task and participating 95% of the time.
Following Directions

Poor - 0 Points

Student ignores directions given by teacher/s. Student requires 3 or more prompts to complete 1 direction.
Fair - .5 Point

Student follows direction begrudgingly. completes direction, but with poor effort. Completes only some of the direction.
Excellent - 1 Point

Student completes direction with 100% accuracy first time given. Completes direction with good effort.
