Pronunciation	Poor Could not understand student's pronunciation.	Fair Student's pronunciation made understanding difficult.	Good Student's pronunciation was understandable with some error.	Excellent Always able to understand student's pronunciation.
Fluency	Poor Student was unable to ask or respond to questions.	Fair Student took a long time to ask and respond to questions.	Good Student was able to respond with little difficulty.	Excellent Student was able to communicate clearly with no difficulty.
Comprehension	Poor Student was unable to directions.	Fair The student showed little comprehension of directions. Directions had to be repeated.	Good The student understood most of what was asked.	Excellent The student fully understood the the directions and answered correctly.
